Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TattooStencil (tattoostencil.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

TattooStencil provides an AI-powered tattoo stencil generation service: you upload a photo or design, and our AI converts it into a professional line-art stencil that you can preview for free and download in high resolution. Credits are consumed when you unlock or download a generated stencil. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

AI Models and Content Standards

TattooStencil uses AI image models through APIMart. The current model options are GPT Image 2 (gpt-image-2), Nano Banana 2 (gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview), Seedream 5.0 Lite (seedream-5-0-lite), and Nano Banana (gemini-2.5-flash-image-preview). Availability may vary; the generation interface identifies the selected model. AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.

You must have permission to use uploaded images. Do not upload, request, generate, or distribute:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content, including sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting physical harm.
• Hate speech, extremist propaganda, or content targeting protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, or other content that endangers children.
• Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or use of a person's likeness to mislead, defraud, or violate their privacy.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Reporting and Content Review

Report suspected prohibited content or infringement to support@tattoostencil.org. Include the relevant task or content identifier, a description of the issue, and supporting information; do not attach illegal material.

We review reports manually, aim to acknowledge them within two business days, and aim to provide an initial outcome within seven business days. Urgent reports involving child safety or credible threats receive priority. Complex investigations may take longer, and we may request more information. Depending on the findings, we may restrict access to or remove content under our control, suspend or terminate accounts, and report suspected unlawful activity when required by law. You may contact the same address to request a review of a decision. We do not guarantee that every prohibited request will be detected before generation.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
